Zur traditionellen Britzer Baumblüte gibt es ein warmes Frühlingserwachen unter blühenden Bäumen. Das Volksfest im Grünen lädt auf das Festgelände Parchimer Allee neben dem grünen Gutspark Britz ein.
Rund 40 Schausteller haben Fahrgeschäfte für die ganze Familie aufgebaut. Mit von der Partie sind 2018: Autoscooter, Breakdance, Wellenflieger, Bungee, Mini Manage und Nessi sowie ein Glasirrgarten. Der gemütliche Biergarten bietet zudem genügend Platz zum Verweilen und Schwofen oder um Obstwein und eine Original Thüringer Rostbratwurst zu genießen.
Fassbieranstich, Bühnenprogramm und Live-Bands
Zum 9. Mal findet der Riesen-Ostereier-Malwettbewerb statt, bei dem Neuköllner Schulen 2 Meter hohe Ostereier individuell gestaltet haben. Das kostenlose Non-Stop-Bühnenprogramm bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Höhepunkte sind hier natürlich die zahlreichen Auftritte von Live-Bands. Selbstverständlich ist auch der Osterhase wieder zu Gast bei dem Volksfest. Am Ostersonntag und Ostermontag verteilt er Ostereier an die Kinder und steht für Familienfotos bereit. Mittwochs ist Familientag mit ermäßigten Preisen und samstags gibt es Feuerwerk-Shows.
