Über das Ashram – ein kleines Auszeitparadies für Frauen
Wer einen indischen Ashram besuchen möchte, muss einen langen Flug und hohe Flugkosten auf sich nehmen und damit auch die verbundene Zeit- und Ernährungsumstellung. Eine Ashram-Erfahrung in Spanien, auf der balearischen Sonneninsel Mallorca, ist innerhalb von ca. 2-2,5 Flugstunden bequem zu jeder Jahreszeit möglich und dabei können alle Vorzüge Mallorcas erlebt werden.
Die Ashram Gemeinschaft wird organisiert auf einer ländlich gelegenen Finca in Campanet im Gebiet des Tramuntana-Gebirges, das zum Welterbe gehört. Ashram-Urlaub auf einer typisch mallorquinischen Finca – hier finden sich Idylle, Ruhe und viel Natur wieder. Die Ashram-Finca verfügt über 3 gemütlich eingerichtete Doppelzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten, die auf Anfrage auch als Einzelzimmer gebucht werden können. Die offene Küche geht in einen kleinen Aufenthaltsbereich mit einem Kamin über. Die urig gestaltete Außenanlage besticht durch die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Gebirge. Über 3 Terrassen (eine davon überdacht) kann sowohl das Tramuntana-Gebirge als auch der Obstgarten betrachtet werden. Mit der Morgensonne wird das Gebirge angestrahlt und bietet somit eine wunderschöne Kulisse zum Träumen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Sonne geht vor unseren Augen hinter den Bergen wieder unter.

Auf dem Grundstück wurde ein bunter Obstbaum-Bestand gepflanzt, wie z.B. Orangen, Zitronen, Mandarinen, Feigen, Grapefruit, Birnen, Nispeln und Mandeln, sowie einige Weintrauben-Reben. Natürlich ist das Obst jeweils zur passenden Erntezeit verfügbar. Darüber hinaus werden wir einen kleinen Gemüsegarten anlegen, um eigene Tomaten und Salate zu ernten. Leicht oberhalb der Finca befindet sich ein schöner Pool mit einer Liegewiese, ebenso mit einem fantastischen Weitblick, der die Herzen öffnet. Hier ist der optimale Ort für ein Sonnenbad. 5 hochgewachsene Fächer-Palmen umsäumen den Pool und im Wind lassen die Palmblätter ein Rauschen des Meeres ertönen. Das sanfte Plätschern eines kleinen Wasserbrunnens beruhigt und reinigt die Sinne und schenkt 2 Fischen „OM & Shanti“ ein Zuhause. Diese wunderbare Nische eignet sich wunderbar zum Lesen oder zum Träumen. Hängematten und überdachte Ruheoasen sowie die gemütliche und liebevolle Atmosphäre runden das kleine Fleckchen Paradis ab. Einen W-LAN Empfang steht für die Gäste zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Highlight der Ashram-Finca ist die Meditations-Halle „Hall of Light“, die sowohl zum Meditieren als auch zum Tanzen einlädt. Bereits eine kurze Aufenthaltszeit in diesem kleinen Paradies bringt ebenso viele Vorteile mit sich, insbesondere wenn man kurzfristig den stressigen Alltag mit all den Pflichten hinter sich lassen und sich für neue Gedanken, Gefühle und Erfahrungen öffnen möchte.
