Streusel wecken bei mir sofort Erinnerungen aus der Kindheit: das Vanilleeis am Strand mit Schokostreuseln, der Zitronenkuchen mit bunten Streuseln zum Geburtstag. In meiner eigenen Küche greife ich beim Dekorieren allerdings eher zu Blumendeko, Macarons oder Pralinen. Bis jetzt. Als mich die in wunderschönes Seidenpapier gehüllten Super Streusel aus Hamburg erreichten, hab ich direkt gute Laune bekommen und gedacht, “Perfekt, jetzt gibt es endlich Konfetti für Kuchen!”
Ich durfte die perfekt in sich abgestimmten Streusel-Mixe “Klingglöckchen” und “Schlecki” ausprobieren und kann sie beide wärmstens empfehlen! Das Besondere der Super Streusel ist sicherlich die Variation an Streuselarten, die man in einem Mix bekommt: Perlen, Plättchen, individuelle Formen und Stäbchen und das alles in groß und klein bunt gemixt.
Das Dekorieren wird zum großem Spaß, da sich schnell und einfach Highlights setzten, kleine Fauxpas ausbessern und süße 3D Effekte mit der Deko erzielen lassen (hier stechen besonders die fast 2 cm langen Glitzerstäbchen heraus, die sich echt super gut auf Cupcakes stecken und sehen lassen!) Geschmacklich erinnern sie auch gar nicht mehr an die ‘bunten Streusel’ von früher.
Im Gegenteil, Super Streusel sind wenig süß, verleihen euren Kreationen einen mega Crunch und weichen auch nach ein paar Tagen im Kühlschrank nicht auf oder verlieren ihre Farbe. Danke, dass ich Teil eurer Super Reise sein durfte! Während noch manch einer lieber “Nein, danke” zu Streuseln sagt, wird das bei euren Streusel echt nicht der Fall sein.
