Ein fixer Programmpunkt im Quatsch Comedy Club ist der Club Mix. Die Show findet fünf Mal pro Woche statt und gilt als bekannteste Comedy Show Deutschlands. Es treten Newcomer aber auch Superstars dort auf. Die Besetzung wechselt wöchentlich und garantiert ein buntes Programm an Geschichten, Gags und Pointen. Außerdem gibt es immer wieder hochkarätig besetzte Gatsspiele. Ingo Appelt oder Michael Mittermeier sind unter anderem gern und oft gesehene Gäste.
Thomas Hermanns ist der Gründer des Clubs und auch derjenige der die Stand-Up Comedy nach Deutschland brachte. 1992 entstand die Idee zum Quatsch Comedy Club in der Kantine des Hamburger Schauspielhauses. Umgesetzt wurde sie dann im Imperial Theater auf der Repperbahn. Schließlich zug der Club nach Berlin in den Friedrichstadtpalast um und die Shows wurden sogar auf dem Privatsender ProSieben ausgestrahlt. Auf Grund des großen Erfolges konnte 2006 ein zweiter Club in der Ursprungsstadt Hamburg eröffnet werden.
