Erstes Black Food Festival im Badehaus Berlin
Am 9. Dezember von 15.00-21.00 Uhr wirds im Badehaus Berlin schöööön schwaaaarz. Nach Budapest und vor New York und Los Angeles stationiert sich das erstmals in der (FOOD-) Hauptstadt stattfindende BLACK FOOD FESTIVAL in der Revaler Strasse 99. Kein Voodoo, kein Gothic sondern ein megainteressantes Farb-Food-Konzept (Zur Abwechslung mal nicht Green sondern Black ;-). Für all diejenigen, die Kuriositäten und Überraschungen mögen und sich trauen ein Must Taste! Keine Angst, es gibt keine marinierten Krabbelspinnen oder gegrillte Skorpione (nur fast) sondern edle Köstlichkeiten wie – um schon einiges zu verraten- schwarzes Risotto aus dem Hause Case Pepa Berlin, (Foto unten) Schwarze Pita von Pita Gaya aber auch – ja das braucht bei den sinkenden Temperaturen dann doch etwas Mut – schwarzes Eis. Ok, und dann gibt´s doch ein bisschen Gekrabbel: die Berliner MikroKosmos Gruppe kredenzt echte Grillen und schwarze Käfer – wie … lasst Euch überraschen.
Das Mibap & Mibar – Green Asian fast food Team kommt mit einem schwarzen taiwanischen Gericht zum Black Food Festival. Das Szimpla Kaffeehaus Budapest wird mit schwarzen Crêpes und mit einer ungarischen Schockoschnecke überraschen. Als Dessert gibt´s schwarze Bubble Waffeln von The sweet by viviiana oder die schwarze Kuchenvielfalt von María Fernanda Tortosa. Das Berlinaskus serviert Gerichte aus Damascus, natürlich ebenso passend zum schwarzen Motto. Einen Schwarzen New York Style Bagel kann man am Stand von Schlomo’s Bagel verkosten/kosten. Direkt aus Holland kommt der schwarze Zitronen Käse von Van der Heiden Kaas, den die Gäste auch in limitierten Mengen kaufen können.
Vor Ort wird das beste Gericht und Getränk mit dem Black Food of the Year 2018 und Black Drink of the Year 2018 Preis ausgezeichnet. Den Black Sound liefert DJ Infraghandi, der extra aus Ungarn anreist, um das Festival abzurunden. Bei DJ Infraghandis Musik ist für alle etwas dabei: von Jazz und World Music bis hin zu Funk und Hiphop!
Neben den vielen leckeren Gerichten und Getränken bietet das Festival auch Gelegenheit zur Thematik passende Grafiken und Design-Kunstwerke von zeitgenössischen Künstlern zu betrachten und sogar mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Die Kunstwerke werden unter dem Namen „Black Wall“ auf dem Festival zu finden sein.

Beim BFF bekommt man aber den perfekten Einblick in eine außergewöhnliche Welt, die sich BlackBeautyfully-köstlich schmecken lassen kann.
Food Innovation kennt keine Grenzen – schon gar nicht in Berlin. Daher raten wir noch vor den großen Festlichkeiten statt dem üblichen Lebkuchen und Spekulatius-Gedöhns nicht nur einen Blick in die dunkle und experimental kulinarische Welt des Black Food Festivals zu waagen.
