Das Filmfestival bietet großen Filmen mit kleinen bis keinen Budgets, die es vorerst noch nicht auf die großen Leinwände geschafft haben, ein Forum. Jeden Abend werden Spiel-, Dokumentar-, Kurz- und Kunstfilme von Filmemachern aus Berlin, Europa und der ganzen Welt präsentiert, wobei ein Großteil der Filme in Berlin gedreht wurde. Der Eintritt ist frei, und nach den Vorstellungen gibt es zur Feier der kommunalen Stars jeden Abend Partys, DJ-Sets und Konzerte.
