In der Malzfabrik in Berlin findet in diesem Jahr zum 7. Mal die Malzwiese statt. Das Sommerfest bietet ein buntes Programm für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Die Wiese vor der Malzfabrik verwandelt sich einmal im Jahr in ein sommerliches Festtagsgelände mit Bühne, Basar und Spieleecke. Besucher können Open-Air-Konzerten, Vorträgen und Lesungen lauschen, an Workshops teilnehmen und Kulinarisches erwerben oder beim Foodsharing teilen. Mit dabei sind Künstler, Schriftsteller, Berliner Brauereien und Unternehmer, die sich und ihre Produkte auf der Malzwiese präsentieren.

Die Malzwiese 2017 vor der Berliner Malzfabrik steht unter dem Motto Bewusstsein und Nachhaltigkeit. Auf dem Basar gibt es Do-It-Yourself-Ideen, nachhaltiges Design und faires Essen. Die Workshops und Vorträge bieten wissenswerte Informationen zu Themen rund um Umwelt und Natur. Führungen durch die Alte Mälzerei sind ebenfalls Teil des Programms. In einem Kinderzelt können kleine Besucher basteln, malen und spielen. Eine Freizeitbecken zum Baden sorgt für die nötige Abkühlung bei hoffentlich heißen Sommertemperaturen.
