Alle drei arbeiten in ihren Cafés daran, den Müll zu reduzieren und nachhaltiger zu kochen. Um zu zeigen, wie lecker Küchenabfälle sein können, veranstalten sie in der Kaffeebar das Pickled-Dinner. Gekocht wird mit Abfallprodukten aus den jeweiligen Läden. Das können altes Brot, Milchschaumreste oder Obstrückstände von den gepressten Säften sein. Ihr bekommt drei Gänge, Wein und einen Cocktail. Die Plätze sind begrenzt, also nicht zu lange warten.
