Warum „Leidensgenossen“? Auf das glutenfreie Brotbacken war Ava durch ihre Zöliakie (Glutenunverträglichkeit) gekommen. Das glutenfreie Ersatzbrot, das es auf dem Markt gab, hatte für sie einfach keinen Geschmack und das war für die Brotverliebte absolut nicht genieß- und akzeptierbar. Da muss man eben selbst ran ans Brot.
