Ab heute startet die neue Ausstellung “Watching You, Watching Me”. Eine gemeinsame Ausstellung des C/O Berlin und dem Museum für Fotografie. Die von Stuart Alexander, Susan Meiselas und Yukiko Yamagata kuratierte Ausstellung zeigt 84 Arbeiten von zeitgenössischen Künstlern, unter anderem von Edu Bayer und Josh Begley.

Das Feld hat Augen. Bilder des überwachenden Blicks

Die Ausstellung von Michaelis Valaouris ergänzt die Ausstellung “Watching You, Watching Me. A Photographic Response to Surveillance” dabei durch die Frage nach dem besonderen Unbehagen, das religiös oder politisch motivierte Überwachung auslöst. Hier werden 80 Kupferstiche, Bücher, Radierungen und Fotografien vom 16. bis zum 20. Jahrhundert präsentiert.
